Welcome to the first SI-DEX Home Sales Report blog! We have analyzed and measured the sales data to bring you the top five homes sold in Staten Island, along with the neighborhood, the type of home, prices, and details.

The last release of publicly recorded home sales ranged in the most outstanding neighborhoods in Staten Island. The top five sales were all made during the first week of October (5th through 11th, 2014). The top sold home was a two family detached home in Pleasant Plains, 10309. 10 Canterbury Court is a two-story home that that was built in 2000 and is approximately 4,400 square feet. The land property is 7,700 square feet. This home was sold for $992,500 on October 8th, 2014.

Sold on the same day was the lowest sale. 12 Laurel Avenue is located in the neighborhood of Concord, 10304. The one family detached home was built in 1910 and sits on 3,050 square feet of land property. The home was sold for $80,000.
